Slotted knockouts are provided at 100mm intervals on the base of each 2m length of SLIMDUCT to facilitate attachment to the wall.

Simple 3 step installation:
1. Secure SLIMDUCT & fitting bases.to wall.
2. Install lineset and drain hose.
3. Clip on duct cover and secure fitting covers with screws.
- SLIMDUCT Accelarated Weather Resistance Test
Purpose Accelerated weather resistance test was carried out on test pieces of polyvinyl choloride used for SLIMDUCT SD and the change of mechanical characteristics was checked with testing time. Test Items Practiced The accelerated weather resistance test was carried out for 2,000 hours and following characteristics of test pieces were measured at every 200 hours.

Caution
- SLIMDUCT SD IS NOT WATERPROOF. To waterproof, seal all longitudinal and lateral seams, screw heads and wall penetration with weatherproof sealant or putty.
- SLIMDUCT SD duct and fittings are suitable for use and storage within a temperature range of -20℃ to 60℃.
Deformation may occur at temperatures exceeding 60℃.
Protect SLIMDUCT installation from direct and radiant heat. - When attaching SLIMDUCT to wall, USE ONLY PAN HEAD SCREWS. DO NOT USE FLAT HEAD OR COUNTERSUNK SCREWS AS THEY CAN EXERT TOO MUCH PRESSURE AND CRACK THE PVC MATERIAL.
- Use of impact screwdrivers to attach SLIMDUCT to wall and to tighten fixing screws on fittings is highly discouraged as they can easily overtighten the screws and crack the PVC material. Use hand screwdrivers for precise torque control.
- Use SL-300 STRAP KIT to retain lineset inside duct.
