Application
This component is a rubber cover used between Slimduct MD and Air conditioner Indoor Unit.
It is used to conceal a gap between MD ando Indoor Unit and or the connecting surface and make the total installation appearance very professional.
Note：There may be a case that the component can not fit well in the application depending upon the piping position and installation (See Example below). |

General Remarks

There may be a case that the component can not fit in the application.
Please make sure of impossible application shown below before the purchase of the component. |

Please clean off dust, dirt and oil on the surface of the equipment where the component is appliec.
Otherwise, the component may drop off easily. |

Please wear clean gloves when you sit the component on.
the installation using dirty gloves gets the components looks dirty with dust
and dirt which ultimately makes the adhesion strength of the tape weaker. |

Please do not apply the component in the application where there is a gap,
ruggedness and curve more than R25 in indoor unit since it may drop off in such application.

Plase measure the size of MD Duct cover exactly and insert the cover deeply into the corner parts so that the cover stay firmly there and does not move easily. if the cover moves easily, load of the cover affects the MD End Rubber Cover badly and End Rubber Cover may drop off. Plase pay attention on the piping application especially when the pipe goes from the bottom of indoor unit to right or left side vertically. |

| When the Indoor Unit and MD Duct do not keep a straight line. |

Remarks in Installation

Set the gap between the Indoor Unit and MD Duct to be less than 2mm as shown in drg.(1)(2) and (5).

In order to set MG Guard on the flat surface of the Indoor Unit, fit it on the place of more than 16mm distance from bottom corner R of the Indoor Unit as shown in Drg.(3) |

Installation
 |
| 1. |
Please clean off dust, dirt and oil on the surface of the equipment where the component is applied. Otherwise, the component may drop off. |
| 2. |
Make sure that MD duct is set firmly in right position and there should not be any shake. |
| 3. |
To determine the position of End Rubber Cover, put in on MD Duct Cover, before taking off the separation paper from the tape, and push them to the Indoor Unit from (3) to (5) to make sure the right position. |
| 4. |
Set it temporarily on the determined position with tape (1) and them set firmly with the tapes (2) and (3) after confirming the position. |
| 5. |
Push the tape section to the Indoor Unit from (4) to (6) in turn. |
| 6. |
Push adhesive tapes section (1) - (6) firmly from outside to MD Duct Cover and the Indoor Unit to obtain strong adhesion to them. |
