Adjustable piping band

☆ Used to support vertical and horizontal piping in combination with L-shaped angles, C-shaped channels, etc.

☆ The band can be bent to match the shape of the installed piping, making it easy to perform strong installation without compromising the aesthetics.

☆ Two flat washers and two hexagon nuts are included for fixing on steel channel.

☆ By using in combination with insulation (sold separately) or our DHF (Adhesive Insulation Tape), measures can be taken to prevent dew condensation and damage to the piping.

Caution

-This product cannot be used to support heavy metal pipes such as cast iron pipes or to support upside-down hanging.
-In the case of vertical piping, take additional measures to prevent displacement of the pipe.
-Do not bend the band at a sharp angle or bend it repeatedly, as the band may be damaged.
-The tightening torque of the nut should be 4.9J (50 kg-cm) or less. When supporting the insulated piping, be careful not to over-tighten.
-The maximum pipe support pitch should be 1.5m.
-The insulation base (HBIB) sold separately is for 40mm wide C-shape channel and L-shape angle. It can not be fixed to different size of C-shape channels or L-shape angles.

-Cannot be used outdoors.

-Insulation (HBI) and Insulation Base (HBIB) cannot be used for polybutene pipes.
